Using the EQUINOX 800 user interface, you can:

• Change the Detect Mode, Sensitivity and Frequency on the go.
• Customize notch discrimination patterns to prevent seeing unwanted targets.
• Customize Advanced Settings to change the way you hear detections; simply select the number, volume and pitch of your detection signals.
• Activate All-Metal mode if you want to disable your existing discrimination pattern temporarily.
• Activate Pinpoint mode to hone in on a valid target, which lets you know precisely where you should be digging.
• Adjust a variety of essential, advanced detecting functions, including Noise Cancel, Volume Adjust, Ground Balance, Threshold Level, Target Tone, Recovery Speed, and Accept/Reject.
